Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) is a holistic healing art.  It uses age old yogic and modern therapeutic approaches to deepen awareness and presence. 

This approach to wellness helps individuals find greater self acceptance and move to embrace the opportunity for change, while enhancing well-being in body, mind, emotions, and spirit. 

A Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy one-on-one session consists of practitioner assisted postures and a dialogue process that is client-centered, open-ended, and non-directive. 

Clients wear comfortable clothes to move in and are supported in a safe and non-judgmental space.
